Our Swan Hellenic trip in the South Atlantic was the most wonderful holiday we have ever had. The excurions, included in the price, were tip top, full of excellent local input. The on-board lectures were highly informative, and from real experts. If you are visiting the Falkland Islands what more could you want by way of a lecture about the 1982 conflict than General Julian Thompson, who led the assault? Thwe house party atmosphere was infectious. On our very first night we met a lady from Ireland with whom we had a common friend. She is now on our Christmas card list, as are several other sets of people with whom we had the most wonderful time.
Thank goodness the Swan Hellenic line has been rescued. We look forward to our next cruise with them.
